Dialogue Work

The use of dialogue improves relationships in groups and helps people to work together

We are often bombarded by strong opinions from people who find it difficult to  listen but when people in a group sit in a circle and practice dialogue together amazing things can happen. The core skills include listening and reflection and practice of these skills is followed by group work. Use of dialogue improves relationships in groups and helps people to work together to improve what matters most to them.

Even a half a day workshop can make a difference.

A topic is identified that the group needs to discuss together in a collaborative way. Input on dialogue practice is followed by a group discussion which is guided by dialogue principles. Initial consultation and taster sessions are always free.
